- Your practice Jersey: Make sure # is approved by Amberly and order on team store - here.

 

- A basketball (PLEASE BRING 2 BALLS TO MONDAY TRAININGS)

 

- Water & Snack (simple carbs/sugars are best for quick energy).

 

- Warm rain gear/sweats for outdoor practices and workouts.
